Pipe Rehabilitation, Kiosk Construction and Installation at Aberdeen and Kingtom District Metering Areas (DMAs).

This project aims to produce and distribute drinking water in the locality of Mboro where settlements related to the port are located.

9 water kiosks would also be constructed across both communities where those that are underserved by the pipe network can purchase water from.

 

Aberdeen DMA

  • Supply and Installation of;

- 2.2km of 100mm & 50mm Ductile Iron Pipes

- 2km 20mm HDPE Customer Connection Pipes

- 966 25mm and 20mm Customer Flow Meters

- 3 Bulk Meters

- Air valve, section valves and accessories.

  • Construction of valves and bulk meters chambers.
  • Concrete Foundations for Kiosks and Tanks
  • Kiosk Fabrication with Steel Plates
  • Water Piping and Installations
  • Solar Electricity Installations

 

Kingtom DMA

  • Supply and Installation of;

- 2km 20mm HDPE Customer Connection Pipes

- 80 25mm Customer Flow Meters

- 1 Bulk Meter

  • Construction of valves and bulk meter chambers.
  • Rehabilitation of GVWC Control Room at Head Office.
  • Concrete Foundations for Kiosks and Tanks.
  • Kiosk Fabrication with Steel Plates.
  • Water Piping and Installations.
  • Solar Electricity Installations.
